Skopje is the
capital of the Republic of Macedonia .I was born
in Skopje in 1973. Skopje is the city that lies in the heart
of the
Balkan Peninsula ;the city that is at the crossroads between
the
East and West Civilization .Skopje is located in the
Skopje valley , on the both banks of the river Vardar , at the
hight of about 240 meters above sea level . There are about
600.000 inhabitants living in Skopje .
